In March 2025, we rolled out fully optimised A+ premium content, PDP imagery, and refined copy across BraceUP’s flagship products. By June, we recorded a +19.2% uplift in conversion, proving that clear, benefit-led communication drives action.
We knew that telling the right story was key. For BraceUP, that meant positioning the products not just as braces—but as essential tools in daily mobility, recovery, and active living. Our updated content highlighted how each product fits into a customer’s wellness journey—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply moving more comfortably through their day.
We also made sure to spotlight what makes BraceUP different: ergonomic design, medical-grade materials, and a commitment to everyday comfort. And with our updated visuals and messaging, we helped shoppers find the right support for their specific need, faster.
Finally, we didn’t forget what customers care about most—relief they can feel, quality they can trust. Every product page now reflects the attention to detail and performance that makes BraceUP a go-to name in orthopaedic support.
At Creative House our content development is guided by strategy and grounded in shopper insights. This insight fuels the development of a clear, prioritised messaging structure that shapes how we present each product.
Our design team identified under-utilised space within existing lifestyle visuals and introduced impactful copy overlays alongside key feature call-outs in all designed to communicate product benefits clearly and quickly.
We redesigned the BraceUP Brand Store to spotlight best sellers and organise products by range—making it faster and easier for shoppers to find the right support. Clear CTAs and enhanced visuals guided shoppers smoothly through the journey to purchase.
We also implemented Premium A+ Content which can increase conversion rates more drastically then standard A+. We solidified BraceUP’s positioning as experts in orthopaedic support with interactive carousels, cross selling and and brand video.
After the optimised content went live, we reviewed the performance after 3 months and saw a 19% increase in conversion rate for the best seller Back Support and a significant conversion rate increase of 15% and 12% for Wrist Support and Ankle Support. This resulted in a significant uplift in sales and a top 10-17 position in Best Seller ranking for the top three selling products.
